Pinchos Morunos
Yesterday, I was invited to supper at the Carlos Diaz home.  My daughter and I and my two youngest grandchildren went over.  Pinchos Morunos (spelling?) was the main course.  That is (I believe) a Moroccan recipe.  Pork loin (seasoned with Moroccan seasoning) cooked on steel rods over a bar b que.  As you can see, I don't know all of the proper terms!!  I will try to get some pictures put up here.  Have a bite!!
